01 / CONTEXT

What was happening

For a local window repair company in Dnipro, the commercial journey starts with a phone call. Demand is highly local, strongly seasonal and can spike suddenly when missile attacks damage residential and commercial windows across the city. The campaign had to capture urgent intent quickly without wasting a limited budget.

02 / THE PROBLEM

The constraint that mattered

The challenge was not to generate traffic. It was to turn a relatively small media budget into a reliable stream of calls from people who were ready to book a technician visit. Every wasted click mattered, and the measurement setup had to show which traffic actually produced calls and booked jobs.

03 / AUDIT FINDINGS

01

Phone calls were the main revenue-producing action, so click and session volume alone were not useful optimization targets.

02

High-intent local searches had significantly more commercial value than broad informational traffic.

03

The account needed clean conversion tracking across Google Ads, GTM and GA4 before budget decisions could be trusted.

04

Seasonal demand required fast budget concentration around the strongest search intent instead of broad always-on coverage.

04 / WHAT CHANGED

Interventions, not generic recommendations.

01 / MEASUREMENT

Built conversion tracking around real contact intent

Configured GTM and GA4 so phone-call actions and key lead interactions were visible as measurable conversion signals instead of being buried inside general website traffic.

02 / SEARCH INTENT

Focused spend on repair-ready demand

Structured Google Ads around users actively looking for window repair and technician services, prioritizing commercial intent over generic traffic volume.

03 / LOCAL CONTROL

Kept the campaign tightly local

Concentrated delivery around Dnipro and the service area, protecting the budget from irrelevant geography and low-value clicks.

04 / OPTIMIZATION

Optimized for calls and booked work

Used conversion performance to move spend toward the traffic that produced phone enquiries and technician bookings rather than optimizing around clicks alone.

05 / Proof

Only screenshots that prove something.

These slots are deliberately explicit so the final case uses cropped, contextual evidence rather than decorative dashboard screenshots.

06 / RESULTS

01
200+ inbound calls from a $500 budget

The campaign generated more than 200 calls, putting effective cost per inbound call below $2.50.

02
Around 70 technician visits booked

Roughly 35% of inbound calls converted into a booked technician visit, bringing the effective cost per booked visit to about $7.14.

03
The economics worked even before repair upsells

With a technician visit worth at least $25, around 70 booked visits represent at least $1,750 in base callout revenue — more than 3.5x the ad spend before any additional repair revenue is counted.

04
Seasonal cooperation continued

The campaign proved profitable enough for the business to continue working with PPC LABO during active demand periods.
